1. Service and responsibility

NeXFarmer is operated under the supplied name NexForm Construction Limited. The operator must confirm its registered particulars, service address, privacy contact and regulatory registrations before a full commercial soya launch. Pilot support: WhatsApp +260972886880.

Soya is an independent planning calculator. Figures reflect your entered assumptions and only the costs you include. Illustrative workbook values are not recommendations, quotations, validated forecasts or promises of yield, price, profit or finance. Check suitability with a competent agronomist and obtain current supplier and buyer quotations. No weather feed or probability forecast is provided.

Crop-protection entries are budget records. Follow applicable Zambian registrations and approved product labels, including use restrictions, PPE, pre-harvest intervals and re-entry intervals. Soil testing and professional interpretation are required for field-specific fertiliser or lime advice. A paid listing, user acknowledgement or membership is not accreditation or agronomic approval.

2. Account, payment and cancellation

Use an account you are authorised to operate; keep credentials private. New accounts require email confirmation and host approval. The existing three-day trial permits planning and saving; generated reports require host-confirmed paid membership. There is no automatic debit or renewal. Prices and the applicable term must be disclosed before payment.

The existing farmer pricing policy identifies ZMW 50 per additional crop module, but the soya billing period and renewal terms are not yet published. Soya add-on checkout is therefore closed. A host may grant time-limited pilot access; this does not itself confer paid membership. Supplier and Agronomist membership prices remain unchanged as modules are added. Consultations and third-party purchases require their own agreed terms.

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2021 section 66 applies to a qualifying service transaction, a seven-day cancellation right and repayment within thirty days may apply, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. The operator must assess the particular transaction. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule. Downloading one report does not automatically waive rights concerning an entire subscription. 3. Privacy notice for the soya pilot

The module uses your existing account identifier to associate sample plans, recorded acceptances, report inputs and support requests with your account. It records server timestamps, plan versions and input hashes. Necessary account cookies maintain sign-in. This module adds no advertising trackers and does not enrol you in marketing.

The operator is responsible for identifying and documenting lawful processing grounds for each purpose under Zambia’s Data Protection Act, 2021. Core processing supports account access, requested planning services, security and complaints. Reading this notice is an acknowledgement; it is not blanket consent to unrelated purposes or an exemption from legal obligations.

The implementation uses Vercel and Supabase. The configured database region is outside Zambia. Appropriate controller/processor registration, local-storage and cross-border permissions or applicable exemptions must be verified with the Data Protection Commissioner before real farm personal data is introduced. A checkbox cannot provide the regulatory approval required for hosting or transfers. The operator must confirm its processor agreements and full subprocessor list.

Saved soya plans and reports are private to their account. The operator’s authorised technical administrators may have operational access. Support requests are available to the requesting account and host reviewers. Nothing is published to suppliers, agronomists or a directory by this module. No precise coordinates are collected. Do not enter third-party personal information in free-text fields.

Draft deletion is available in the planner. Report snapshots remain separate so an edited plan does not silently change an issued report. Request access, correction, deletion or portability below; account expiry is not a barrier. Retention periods and backup deletion procedures must be approved before a full launch. The pilot currently retains saved records until deletion or an operator-reviewed erasure request, subject to lawful retention needs. Backups may persist until provider retention periods expire. The operator must explain any refusal or retention requirement.

4. Accuracy, complaints and legal rights

Check all output before expenditure or agronomic action. Reports record their date, model version, input hash, assumptions and warning messages. Report a suspected error using its report ID. The operator should investigate, correct the model where necessary and notify affected users; an earlier PDF must not be silently replaced with different figures.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, misrepresentation obligations, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Third-party advice and products remain subject to the relevant provider’s obligations; this does not remove NeXFarmer’s responsibility for its own service or representations. Zambian law applies, without restricting access to competent regulators, courts or statutory remedies.

Escalations may be made to the relevant competent authority, including the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the Data Protection Commissioner. The supplied legal review also requires current-law confirmation and operational sign-off before commercial launch. The host must keep incident handling, complaint management and professional licence verification procedures in place.
